Sara Swenson is owner of Farm Ledger Solutions, LLC providing tailored fractional controller and CFO services to dairy and grain operations.

She has experiences working with businesses of various sizes and complexities on all facets of financial reporting and analysis. Sara completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis at University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Upon graduation, Sara began her career as a mutual fund accountant trading equities for a large investment firm. Knowing her passion was in agriculture, she shifted her career joining the Farm Credit System working as a member of the dairy consulting team for 15 years. Prior to founding Farm Ledger Solutions, Sara served as CFO for a diverse agricultural organization comprised of a retail seed / chemical business, grain handling and merchandising businesses, a dry bean processing plant and a large-scale row and specialty crop operation. Sara leverages over 20 years of finance and farming experience, to customize her fractional CFO, controller and business coaching solutions to your unique business needs, providing ongoing support and adapting strategies to meet your evolving goals.

Sara currently resides in Western Wisconsin with her husband and two boys.
