Consulting Analyst
Courtney Graham is a Dairy Consulting Analyst for AgriGrowth Solutions, LLC. She provides support in developing budgets, quarterly monitoring reports, and project-based consulting services.
Although she did not grow up in the industry, she is passionate about learning. She is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she obtained her undergraduate in International Business, minoring in Agricultural Business. One summer, she interned in Tanzania as a sustainable agriculture assistant and knew she wanted to work in agriculture, but not sure in what capacity. Not knowing what her exact career path was, she returned to graduate school and received a master’s in business administration. For 8 years, she worked as a project manager in the translation industry. Opportunity presented itself to get into the ag industry when AgriGrowth Solutions was formed. She is excited to continue to learn more and more each day about the business and industry.
Courtney lives in northern Wisconsin on a lake with her husband, Matt, and two children, Jack and Owen. She also lives on a small funny farm with two dogs, some chickens, a few Scottish Highlands and one duck. She is always wondering what will be next. When she is not working you can find her traveling, training for half marathons, hiking in state/local parks, brewing beer, hunting, reading, making maple syrup, gardening, and enjoying life outside.
